h) LAND: Terraforming

I learned how to do this in: Rocket World

So, we can't edit terrain at all, regardless of if we're on Earth or Moon. I guess it makes sense. Permission was not given by the land owner. I can bring up the Edit Terrain menu and select what I want to do, but again, the About Land menu shows that other residents cannot edit the land.
